A leading industrial technology company seeks an Enterprise Cordant Sales Leader based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or IT and at least 20 years of sales experience, including proven success at a senior management level. Responsibilities include managing transitions from site-based operations to strategic partnerships and developing key customer relationships. Cordant offers a plant-wide holistic suite of machine condition monitoring and protection hardware software and services that help achieve the highest level of asset reliability possible.
As an Enterprise Cordant Sales Leader you will be responsible for; Conducting a market assessment identifying best potential profiles in the Core to be targeted with an Enterprise Value proposition.
Managing the transition from a site base business to a partnership and HQ cantered relationship including the full portfolio of product and service offerings for Cordant.
Cooperating and collaborating with the local sales teams and sales leaders in defining a strategic plan and the best marketing mix and value propositions to create unsolicited Enterprise Agreement opportunities.
Delivering the target orders number and owning the pipeline development and forecast for the region.
Developing C-level relationships with key customers driving the services and transformation agenda across multiple industries.
Driving discovery sessions with customers at Sites Headquarters Digital group to develop alignment on install base use cases asset management strategy and a comprehensive staged transition plan from current state to desired state of business operation.
Developing a 35-year machinery action plans a result of discovery outcomes.
Developing a standardized cyber secure software solution through integrated offerings.
Working with customers to jointly develop early warning failure mode prediction strategy and asset management workflows delivered through Cordant solutions.
Developing install base view for us to Relate with key stakeholders.
Looking after Stakeholders mapping of HQ Region Site customers and how to influence each of them as it is very different.
Developing consistent cyber secured solution architectures that will form the basis for an enterprise-wide agreements.
Driving commercial models and discussion on Enterprise-wide software pricing and M&S and Link Cordant solutions.
Collecting proactively Enterprise-wide feedback on Cordants performance and build relationship with the technical and Economic Buyers.
Assisting in annual global or regional events to inspire dialogue innovation and adoption of new ideas. Working to further strengthen Cordant as the thought leader in our target markets.
Representing the Cordant organization to drive long term partnership with key accounts in the region.
Have a bachelors degree in engineering or Information Technology from an accredited university or college.
Have 20 years of sales experience.
Have an analytical and strategic mind-set ability to quickly move from details to the holistic view.
Be able to demonstrate a successful track record of working cross functionally at a senior management level.
Be a self-starter and driven to be an inspirational manager coaching and influencing a high-performance sales team.
Be able to travel (up to 70% travel required)
Have strong commercial skills to relate to different level of stakeholders from site to HQ level.
Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in verbal and written English & Arabic.
