We are recruiting for an outstanding Head of Mathematics to join the GEMS Education network in Dubai from January 2026.

• A Bachelor of Education degree, or an initial degree in relevant subject area, plus a relevant teaching qualification such as a PGCE/PGDE/teaching license or Level 5 equivalent specialism in Mathematics.
• Proven leadership experience within a Mathematics department or clear potential to step into a Head of Department role.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to lead on curriculum planning, assessment, and staff development.
• A consistent track record of outstanding teaching and learning, with evidence of excellent student progress and achievement.
• Experience teaching within the IB framework and/or American curriculum is highly desired across the Mathematics faculty.
