- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques.

As a Massage Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional spa services that promote relaxation and rejuvenation to our esteemed guests. Your primary responsibilities will include providing various types of massages, customizing treatments to meet individual client needs, and ensuring that all treatments adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work in a serene, luxurious environment that emphasizes well-being and customer satisfaction.
- Administer massages in accordance with the hotel’s quality standards and protocols.
- Conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their massage preferences and any specific conditions.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area and adhere to all hygiene and safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively during treatments to maximize the client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service delivery.
- Assist with inventory management of supplies and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Spa Manager.
- Certification or diploma in massage therapy or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Massage Therapist in a luxury hotel or spa environment.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and reflexology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a calming and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Must hold valid licensure and certification.
