We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing healthcare wellness. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate massage therapy techniques and treatment plans
- Deliver personalized therapeutic massage treatments using techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including treatment notes, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers to align massage therapy with broader patient care goals
- Educate patients on self‑care practices, posture, stretching, and injury prevention strategies
- Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are clean, sanitized, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Stay current with industry trends, research, and continuing education to maintain clinical proficiency and licensure
Requirements
- Licensed or certified Massage Therapist with active registration in the UAE (or eligible for licensure)
- 45 years of professional experience in clinical or rehabilitative massage therapy within a healthcare or wellness setting
- Proven experience working with diverse patient populations, including those with chronic pain, post‑surgical recovery, or musculoskeletal conditions
- In‑depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and pathology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices
- Commitment to professionalism, patient confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
