• Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with operating CNC machines, edge banders, panel saws and hand tools.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent planning and scheduling abilities to ensure timely project completion.
• Experience in quality inspection and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute architectural and detailed joinery drawings with precision.
• Develop cutting lists and manage material control.
• Operate and maintain tools and machinery.
• Lead and motivate a team of carpenters, polishers, and installers.
• Plan and schedule daily and weekly tasks.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets standards.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports and progress updates.
