WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Perform work-site inspections (sewage network investigations and repairs) on activities performed by Suez or by others, ensuring their compliance with established procedures.
• Lead projects to optimize the process of the works carried out directly by Suez and identify ways to improve the works performed by others.
• Establish technical reports as required by the project teams and the client.
• Liaise with relevant team members to gather progress indicators, then prepare and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to the project management team and client.
• Seek means of optimizing project results and submit solutions to the project manager.
• Support local teams in proposing REX documents, concerning technical issues or improvements in the management system.
• Update the Management Manual when needed.
• Supervise the Management System to ensure compliance with SUEZ standards, UAE regulations, or ISO requirements.
• Monitor non-conformities, claims, improvements, and the closure of corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure that Action Plans are properly fed, reviewed, updated, and closed.
• Prepare and follow up on technical assessments or audits performed in different work areas.
• Participate in defining safe work practices to promote health and safety on the job.
• Be authorized to stop any activity presenting a serious and imminent danger.
• Report all dysfunctions, especially those concerning quality issues.
• Develop and expand people's capabilities through regular and comprehensive feedback on the Management system.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Knowledge in water & wastewater sector, particularly on sewage networks (construction and/or rehabilitation).
• Knowledge about hazards related to wastewater treatment plants and networks.
• Good interpersonal skills and well-organized.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
