A leading HR solutions provider in Dubai is seeking an RPA / Java Support Engineer to provide technical support for robotic process automation solutions and JavaScript applications. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and monitoring RPA processes, troubleshooting issues in JavaScript applications, and training end-users on functionalities. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science along with 5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

As an RPA / Java Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical RPA / JavaScript Support and (Development) Engineer for robotic process automation (RPA) solutions and JavaScript applications. Your role will involve configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in existing automation workflows and Java systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Configure, monitor and maintain RPA-based processes, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in JavaScript applications and RPA workflows.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement updates and enhancements.
- Document procedures, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
- Provide support to end-users and train them on RPA tool functionalities.
- Participate in root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on best practices in RPA and JavaScript development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on both RPA and JavaScript technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript programming and understanding of JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL for supporting JavaScript applications.
- Experience working in a technical support or customer support environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
