Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand standards and marketing strategies.

1. Develop high-quality designs for promotional materials including flyers, brochures, menus, digital ads, social media content, email campaigns, and in-house collaterals.
2. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
3. Maintain brand consistency in all designs in line with voco and IHG standards.
4. Manage photography, videography, and editing of events, rooms, F&B promotions, and hotel facilities.
5. Support the creation of digital content for the hotel’s website and online travel agencies (OTAs).
6. Assist in the development of signage, internal communications, and other hotel-related visuals.
7. Liaise with external suppliers and printers as needed.
8. Stay updated with current design trends, hotel industry marketing techniques, and competitor activities.
9. Ensure timely delivery of all projects while maintaining attention to detail and creativity.

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the hospitality or luxury sector.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
4. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
5. Knowledge of social media content creation and video editing is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
7. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
8. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
