A consulting firm is hiring a Delmia Quintiq Scheduler Functional Consultant to configure and optimize scheduling solutions. The role involves collaborating with operations teams and requires a degree in Industrial Engineering or IT, plus experience with Delmia Quintiq. Work is remote, ideally suiting candidates familiar with scheduling and resource allocation.

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Delmia Quintiq Scheduler Functional Consultant to configure and optimize detailed scheduling solutions for production, logistics, or workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Delmia Quintiq’s scheduling capabilities and a background in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather scheduling requirements and configure Delmia Quintiq’s scheduler modules.
Define rules, constraints, and optimization strategies for real-time scheduling.
Work with operations teams to reduce downtime and improve resource utilization.
Provide training and ongoing support to scheduling users.
Collaborate with developers to align functional needs with technical delivery.
Qualifications:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, or IT.
2–4 years of experience with Delmia Quintiq scheduling.
Familiarity with constraint-based scheduling and resource allocation.
Strong attention to detail and process optimization focus.
