• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to address and resolve production issues promptly.
• Design and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment uptime.
• Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Regularly update preventive maintenance procedures for alignment with operational and innovation goals.
• Prepare and monitor the maintenance budget to control expenses.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and work orders.
• Prepare and present reports on maintenance performance and productivity.
