Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centred care aligned with local clinical policies and scope of practice
- Provide clinical leadership within a ward, clinic, theatre, diagnostic service, community team, or therapy service
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, deliver interventions, and evaluate outcomes for complex patient needs
- Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to escalation, discharge planning, and continuity of care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and handovers using approved clinical record systems and workflows
- Uphold infection prevention and control practices, medication safety (where applicable), and clinical risk management
- Participate in clinical governance activities such as audit support, incident reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with facility standards and UAE healthcare regulatory expectations, including licensing and professional practice requirements
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior clinicians and students; contribute to competency development and training
- Support service improvement and change initiatives that enhance patient experience, safety, and clinical outcomes

Qualifications
- Recognised professional qualification aligned to discipline (e.g., Nursing or an Allied Health degree/diploma; medical qualification for physician tracks where applicable)
- Current (or eligibility for) UAE professional licensure aligned to the emirate and role, such as DHA (Dubai), DOH (Abu Dhabi), or MOHAP pathways (role and location dependent)
- Typically 5–10+ years of post-qualification clinical experience, including complex case exposure and demonstrated clinical judgement
- Strong understanding of patient safety, infection control, and clinical governance expectations within regulated healthcare environments
- Proven ability to work across multidisciplinary stakeholders and communicate clearly with patients and families
- Professional English proficiency required (spoken and written); additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, Tagalog) are often advantageous depending on patient population and setting
