The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge and hands‑on expertise in orthopedic surgical support, and a proactive approach to patient care within a fast‑paced surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative orthopedic procedures
• Maintain sterile field and ensure adherence to OT protocols
• Support surgeons during orthopedic interventions including joint replacements, fracture fixations, and arthroscopies
• Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as per surgical requirements
• Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize surgical outcomes
• Uphold infection control standards and patient safety protocols

Requirements

• Experience: 4–5 years in Orthopedic OT nursing with a minimum of 1 year UAE experience
• Licensure: DHA License preferred (or eligibility to obtain)

Skills

• Strong knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures and instrumentation
• Proficiency in OT protocols and sterile techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic surgical schedules
• Language: Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage
