Job summary
A private family office in Dubai is looking for a reliable Personal Accountant who can also support light personal assistant duties. The candidate must have strong financial discipline, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. Responsibilities include tracking expenses, preparing financial summaries, and coordinating with tax advisors. A background in accounting, preferably with experience in UAE family offices, along with strong Excel skills and impeccable integrity, are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in UAE or international HNW family offices is preferred.
- Must have strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Confidentiality and reliability are non-negotiable requirements.
Responsibilities
- Track, manage, and reconcile all personal and family-office-related expenses.
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and maintain records across jurisdictions.
- Handle bill payments and property-related expenses.
- Support international tax documentation and coordinate with external advisors.
- Liaise with banks and service providers while managing confidential documents.
- Perform light personal assistant duties including scheduling and travel coordination.

- Track, manage, and reconcile all personal and family-office-related expenses
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and maintain precise records across multiple jurisdictions
- Handle bill payments, renewals, subscriptions, and property-related expenses
- Support international tax documentation and coordinate with external tax advisors when required
- Liaise with banks, investment offices, service providers, and government authorities
- Manage confidential documents, filing systems, and personal admin
- Light PA duties: scheduling, travel coordination, reservations, and basic logistics
- Ensure seamless operations whether the principal is in Dubai or abroad
If you are dependable, meticulous, and capable of handling both personal finances and day-to-day support for a global family office
- Accounting background with experience in UAE or international HNW family offices
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and reliability—non-negotiable
- Strong Excel and financial reporting proficiency
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information
- Flexible and able to support across time zones on occasion
