Job summary
A leading inspection services company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Advanced NDT Inspector with PCN certification in PAUT and TOFD. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and involves performing various NDT inspections, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and familiarity with NDT equipment. This position is crucial for supporting the operations department's designated NDT scope of work.
Qualifications
- Must have PCN certificate in PAUT and TOFD.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in NDT.
- Experience in PAUT/TOFD following certification.
Responsibilities
- Perform tube and tank inspection and interpretation.
- Conduct inspections using PAUT and TOFD.
- Document inspection results and prepare reports.

ICM Group is looking for Advanced NDT Inspector with PCN in PAUT) for Abu Dhabi UAE.
- Must have PCN certificate in PAUT and TOFD
- Must have worked as PAUT/TOFD technician for 4 5 years post receiving the certificate
A minimum of 5 years of work experience as an SNTTC1A/ASNT Level 2 or an approved equivalent is required.
For PAUT TOFD and AUT at least 5 years of experience following the passing of the relevant PCN certification ismandatory.
Undergraduate
SNTTC1A/ASNT Level 2 or approved equivalent
To support the operation department with designated NDT scope of work
To maintain health and safety standard within the SSI HSEQ department
Perform tube & Tank inspection and interpretation of IRIS RFT ECT MFL SECT.
Perform inspection and interpretation of PAUT (Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing) and TOFD (Time of Flight Diffraction)..
Carry out Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) if qualified.
Carry out Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI) if qualified
Carry out Ultrasonic Testing (UT) if qualified
Interpret Industrial codes standards and specifications
Review inspection results to determine if acceptable.
Interpret IRIS RFT ECT PAUT MFL and determine if acceptable.
Carry out visual inspections.
Follow approved test methods techniques procedures and work instructions.
Document inspection results and prepare inspection reports.
Clean parts/materials prior to inspection and after the completion
Ensure good housekeeping in the immediate workplace and surrounding premises
Experience in NDT equipments and familiar with manual computerized reporting
Good communication skills written and verbal Mandatory requirement
Work Timing : 6 days and 8 hours working
Work Location: Abu Dhabi UAE
