Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented immediately available Structural Inspector Site to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization you will play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of construction projects through comprehensive onsite inspections and evaluations.

• Conduct thorough onsite inspections of structural elements in building projects throughout Dubai
• Verify compliance with local building codes regulations and approved plans specific to Dubai and the UAE
• Identify structural defects safety hazards and noncompliant work with a keen analytical eye
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records using efficient data management systems
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision
• Provide wellreasoned recommendations for corrective actions when necessary.
• Stay updated on local building codes international standards and industry best practices
• Participate in project meetings and communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholders
• Organize and prioritize multiple inspection tasks to meet project deadlines
• Experience in both Concrete construction and Steel Construction is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural inspection or a related field
• knowledge of regulations particularly those specific to Dubai and the UAE
• Proficiency in structural inspection techniques and methodologies
