Specifically MAT was established in 2012 in Izmir, Turkey and was founded by fish husbandry industry experts. Our expertise in animal husbandry for over 35 years is our biggest competitive advantage. Furthermore we understand animal behavior and we know in depth the operational needs to run a facility properly. Our company develops and tests the equipment performance and ensures its ease of operation on our marine fish quarantine facility in Izmir. In addition, we have designed our organization to deliver successfully and on‑time demanding projects in any part of the world. Finally MAT has developed to become a design, manufacturing and contracting leader in the field of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and specialty filtration technologies. Currently, we employ over 300 highly‑skilled staff of multiple nationalities.

We are seeking a skilled QC Inspector with a strong background in water filtration and treatment systems. The role involves managing projects from design and equipment selection to execution and completion, ensuring all work meets technical specifications, contractual requirements, and client expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect incoming materials (steel, resin, MEKP, cobalt, PU coating, mosaic tiles, etc.) for conformity with purchase orders and specifications.
  • Verify fabrication and welding of steel structures per approved drawings.
  • Inspect surface preparation and application of oxide primer and coating.
  • Monitor GRP/FRP lamination process (resin mixing ratio, thickness, curing, visual defects).
  • Inspect plumbing installations (alignment, pressure testing, sealing).
  • Verify tiling work (adhesion, alignment, grouting, finishing).
  • Conduct in‑process and final inspections for finished pools and Jacuzzis.
  • Prepare inspection reports, NCRs (if applicable), and maintain inspection records.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC Engineer for corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure calibration validity of inspection tools.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects in line with design, technical specifications, and contract terms.
  • Prepare and review project designs, drawings, and documentation.
  • Select appropriate equipment, conduct technical evaluations, and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Supervise assembly, installation, and commissioning activities when required.
  • Conduct market research to identify suitable materials and technologies.
  • Provide on‑site support, address technical issues, and ensure project progress and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
