Job summary

A leading interior design firm in Ajman is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily financial operations. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing reports, invoicing, and ensuring VAT compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 2-3 years of UAE accounting experience, particularly in the interiors or construction industry. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits in line with UAE laws.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in UAE, preferably in interiors or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, invoicing, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records (payables, receivables, expenses).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle client invoicing, quotations, and project cost tracking.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
