A leading developer in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee site activities and resources ensuring timely project completion to high-quality standards. Responsibilities include planning resource allocation, coordinating site staff, maintaining cost management, and ensuring compliance with safety measures. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with 16-25 years of experience in the civil construction industry.

Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule resource allocation for project objectives.
- Allocate site staff in coordination with Senior Project Manager.
- Maintain cost management throughout the project duration.
- Ensure project progress according to approved programme of works.
- Ensure high quality standards of all works.
- Coordinate with Quality Surveyor for payments and variations.
- Implement strict safety measures on site.

As a Project Manager reporting into the Senior Project Manager you will be managing the site activities and resources to ensure timely completion of the project with high quality standards.
- Accomplish project objectives by planning and scheduling resource allocation while providing technical assistance and ensuring high quality works.
- Responsible for allocation of site staff in coordination with the Senior Projects Manager.
- Maintain a cost management system all through the project duration.
- Ensure that the project is progressing as per the approved programme of works.
- Ensure high quality standards of all works that are being carried out
- Coordinate with the Quality Surveyor in regard to monthly payments and variations.
- Implement a strict safety measure on site.
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (site experience) with license from Society of UAE Engineering
- Experience: 16 - 25 years
- Industries Acceptable from: Civil Construction Industry (Consultancy/Developer)
