High‑Rise Construction Project Leader
Job summary
A leading contracting company in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in high-rise building projects. Responsibilities include leading project execution, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, at least 7 years of experience, and familiarity with UAE regulations. Strong leadership and organizational skills are a must.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on high-rise construction.
- In-depth knowledge of high-rise construction techniques and systems.
- Bilingual (Arabic/English) is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of high-rise building projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects and subcontractors to ensure project execution.
