Job summary

A leading construction firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in the GCC, and be fluent in both English and Arabic. This role involves managing timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful project delivery. A UAE Driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Construction Company in GCC.
• Holds a UAE Driving license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and elevate to management as needed.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
