Job summary
A management consulting firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced organizational development consultant to lead strategic initiatives. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related fields and preferably a Master's degree. The role includes conducting assessments, designing training programs, and partnering with HR on talent management strategies. - Skilled in change management and stakeholder coaching.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments.
- Design and implement strategic OD initiatives.
- Manage change efforts and transitions effectively.
- Develop and deliver training programs.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance performance.
- Partner with HR on talent management.
- Measure impact of OD efforts and refine initiatives.
- Act as an internal consultant promoting improvement.
Education
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments analyzing structure culture processes and systems via surveys interviews data analysis
- Design and implement strategic OD initiatives including leadership development team building succession planning and competency modelling
- Change management efforts: define communication strategies coach stakeholders manage transitions effectively
- Develop and deliver training programs workshops and facilitation sessions to build capabilities across teams
- Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders and high-potential staff to enhance performance and career readiness
- Partner with HR and business leaders on talent managementfrom workforce planning to retention strategies
- Measure impact of OD efforts via metrics feedback and evaluation; refine initiatives accordingly
- Serve as an internal consultant promoting a culture of continuous improvement innovation and alignment with organizational goals
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree: HR Management Business Administration Psychology or related fields
Masters degree: MBA OR HR
Contract Duration: 6 Months.
