A recruiting company is seeking an experienced Project Manager in El-Fujairah. Candidates should have over 3 years of project management experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a project management role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a project management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of project management software (i.e. Microsoft Project).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to consider an immigrant is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure they are effectively communicated to all stakeholders.
- Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates on timelines, deliverables, budgets, etc., ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
- Oversee project activities and delegate tasks as needed while providing guidance and support to team members.
- Utilize project management software tools for tracking progress of projects; review reports for accuracy and completeness; adjust plans as needed based on feedback from stakeholders/team members/management.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel when needed for client meetings or other business related needs.
- Working flexible hours when necessary (evenings/weekends).
