Job summary

A leading engineering company in the UAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee engineering activities on major oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience, including a minimum of five years in a similar role within ADNOC projects. Responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with HSSE standards, and delivering projects within budget and on schedule. This is a full-time position based on-site in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in major Brownfield oil & gas projects.
• At least five years in a similar position in ADNOC Onshore/Offshore projects.
• Familiar with systems and standards in oil & gas, petrochemical, power, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate engineering project aligned with company goals.
• Lead multi-discipline engineering team fostering collaboration.
• Review FEED and detail design documents providing expertise.
