Job summary
A transportation authority in Dubai is looking for a Digital Services Development Specialist to support the design, development, and enhancement of digital services. The role focuses on coordinating digital projects, improving user experience, and ensuring compliance with governance and security standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science and at least 5 years of experience in digital services development. Proficiency in Maximo and system integration skills are essential.

Responsibilities
- Monitor performance indicators for digital systems and services.
- Coordinate digital service development projects, including requirements definition and execution tracking.
- Prepare monthly performance and progress reports covering workflow, costs, risks, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with RTA governance frameworks and information security policies.
- Support system integration, upgrades, and enhancements across digital platforms.
- Manage contracts and invoices using the Maximo system.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to digital services.
- Report and follow up on information security incidents in line with policies.
