Job summary
A healthcare recruitment agency is seeking an experienced RN for the Cardiac Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with at least 3 years of nursing experience, including 2 in specialized medical care. Current Charge Nurse experience is preferred. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment handling cardiac cases, ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with operational protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Nurse, with 2 years in specialized medical care.
- Valid registration/license as a Nurse and Nursing Specialist registration.
- Current experience in a Charge Nurse capacity.
Responsibilities
- Assist in cardiac surgeries as a Scrub and Circulating Nurse.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage nursing team in the operating room.

- Current experience in a Charge Nurse capacity, or potential to fulfil Charge Nurse role.
- Preferably, previous experience in Middle East multicultural health care delivery setting.
