Job summary

A healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking a Nurse to provide and coordinate patient-centric care while ensuring compliance with ethical standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, at least two years of nursing experience, and basic Arabic language skills. Main Purpose of Job

Provide and coordinate patient‑centric and evidence based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.

Key Responsibility Areas
  1. Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation.
  2. Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
  3. Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
  4. Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees.
Required Education

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Required Experience

Essential: At least two years in own country.
Desired: UAE experience would be beneficial.
