• Plan and execute jobs ensuring customer satisfaction and maximum profitability according to company standards.
• Attend to difficult service problems and teach colleagues the technical aspects for future reference.
• Conduct site inspections, provide estimated manpower and materials required for service jobs.
• Prepare job cards, inspection reports, field reports, and timesheets.
• Prepare material requests for parts needed for each job.
• Ensure cost control and asset optimization.
• Continuously train to improve work quality and reduce complaints and callbacks.
• Maintain knowledge of PLC systems and control.
• CUSTOMER CARE:
• Handle all customer complaints on-site.
• Ensure efficient, courteous, and timely services to all customer requests and inquiries.
• Attend to customer complaints within target time.
• Coordinate with customers regarding maintenance visits.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular meetings.
• Report opportunities to the Branch Manager.

• Implement UTS Carrier EH&S standards and policies within their area.
• Identify environmental and health hazards in their area of responsibility.
• Report all accidents, incidents, occupational illnesses, and environmental issues to management and initiate solutions.
• Participate in weekly EH&S talks.
• Ensure technicians perform self-inspections before starting jobs.
• Participate in self-inspections with team members as needed.
• Ensure PPE is worn during work.

Skills and experience in air conditioning principles, maintenance, and industry standards for equipment maintenance.

• Experience in naval field maintenance.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering.
• Computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
