A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking a Technician to ensure the property's facilities are properly maintained for a safe environment. Key responsibilities include inspecting facilities, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting guests effectively. The ideal candidate should have relevant maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a reliable nature. This full-time position offers a great opportunity to contribute to guest satisfaction and facility management.
Qualificações
- Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades
- Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on the property's facilities and equipment.
- Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action.
- Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way.
Conhecimentos
Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property's facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.
