Whats On Your Plate

Were looking for a Senior Content Designer to work in the Brand & Product Design Chapter along with Visual/Product Designers Researchers and Product Managers to audit plan create and continually improve the customer experience for the talabat app.

What a typical day looks like:

• Working closely with your Tribe/Domain/Squad counterparts Content Designers and other team members to create and maintain content that meets user needs.

• Producing relevant UX copy based on insights and outputs of user testing and in alignment with talabats product voice and tone guidelines.

• Monitoring performance and identifying ways to improve content.

• Write clear concise content for the talabat app and occasionally emails and push notifications

• Able to write with empathy and adjust for the context using our Voice Principles and Tone Framework

• Ensure consistency and cohesiveness across various touchpoints on the app.

• Develop content frameworks product narratives and other deliverables that explain your recommendations and help people understand the practice of Content Design

• Approach all of your work with a localisation mindset

• Share your work with the team and provide feedback on their work

• Manage your own time priorities and projects to reliably deliver with quality

Qualifications :

What Did We Order

Preferred candidates will be:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience writing product copy preferably for a consumer tech product

• Exceptional priority management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and context switch daily

• Able to demonstrate excellent writing skills (e.g. a portfolio or website)

• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Researchers

• Flexible and able to work in an agile environment

• Exceptional communication and presentation skillsyou can effectively communicate and passionately defend decisions to stakeholders

• Empathy for the customer which shows up in your daytoday work

• Solid understanding of user experience design principles

• Comfortable working in an engineering environment and technical product area with proven ability to collaborate successfully with crossfunctional partners.
