About the Client

Our client is a leading contracting organization headquartered in Abu Dhabi delivering large-scale civil and infrastructure projects across the UAE. Operating under a global holding structure the company is recognized for its financial discipline transparency and strong project governance.

Role Overview

This role combines high-level art direction with hands‑on content production across static and video formats. The ideal candidate is both a visual strategist and a creative executor to lead the development of brand aesthetics while also producing high-impact content for digital social and marketing campaigns. This is a key role for a creative thinker who can shape and deliver compelling storytelling across platforms ensuring a unified and elevated brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
Visual Direction & Brand Identity
  • Define and manage the brand’s visual identity across all platforms and content types.
  • Ensure consistency in design language, colour palette, typography and image style in all deliverables.
  • Set and uphold brand standards for internal and external creative assets.
Content Production (Video & Static)
  • Lead the end‑to‑end creation of visual content including:
  • Video: Filming, editing, motion graphics and post‑production for social media campaigns, events and brand storytelling.
  • Static: Social media posts, campaign visuals, banners, brochures and presentation materials.
  • Adapt content to platform‑specific formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, web, etc.).
  • Oversee or execute product and lifestyle photography as needed.
Campaign & Project Leadership
  • Translate briefs into compelling creative concepts and executions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns with strong visual content.
  • Lead ideation sessions, visual concept development and asset delivery schedules.
Team & Agency Coordination
  • Supervise designers, video editors, animators and creative vendors.
  • Provide art direction and feedback to ensure high‑quality creative execution.
  • Manage external shoots, styling and post‑production processes.
Production Management & Quality Control
  • Manage a digital library of brand assets, raw footage, templates and content files.
  • Review all content before publication to ensure brand alignment, consistency and quality.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with creative trends, tools and best practices in visual content.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Production, Visual Communication or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in content creation, visual design or art direction.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both hands‑on creative execution and visual leadership.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience in camera operation, lighting, sound and filming equipment.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and storytelling skills.
