Overview

We are seeking a creative and talented Social Media Video Content Creator to join our team. This role is ideal for a visionary individual passionate about storytelling through videos and adept at creating engaging and shareable content for a variety of social media platforms.

  • Content Creation: Conceptualize, film, and edit high‑quality short‑form video content tailored to social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.). Ability to also take still images from professional camera for social content development. Capture live events from professional camera and mobile phone.
  • Brand Voice: Ensure that all video content aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and visual identity.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends on social media platforms and apply them creatively to content strategies.
  • Scriptwriting: Develop compelling scripts and storyboards to guide video production and ensure clarity of message.
  • Editing & Post‑Production: Edit raw video footage, including sound, graphics, effects, transitions, and ensuring smooth flow and quality.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the CS and creative teams to align video content with ongoing campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Client interaction: Meet client along with CS teams and engage with them on their briefs.
  • Collaborations: Coordinate with animators, influencers or brand ambassadors for collaborative video content where applicable.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in video content creation, ideally in a social media‑focused role.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
  • AI‑tools usage and strong understanding of social media algorithms, particularly for video platforms.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling.
  • Knowledge of photography, lighting, and sound techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of audience engagement.
  • Technically sound for using various content production softwares.
  • Basic animation understanding and skillset to place supers and add effects.
