Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a videographer and photographer responsible for conceptualizing shooting producing and editing highquality impactful content that promotes Rixos Premium Dubai.

Manage the entire creative process from receiving briefs and coordinating logistics to the setup and final shoot ensuring the production of exceptional images and videos.

Capture events and activations at the hotels as required maintaining a strong presence to document key moments.

Proactively organize video and photo shoots with various departments to create content for social media brand campaigns and marketing collateral.

Oversee all technical aspects of photography and videography including editing and postproduction using the latest software to deliver outstanding results optimized for print web and other platforms.

Translate production scripts and briefs into compelling visual content that aligns with brand standards and company requirements.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in editing software to ensure content remains innovative and relevant.

Organize and maintain a comprehensive asset library for Rixos Full Name of the Hotel ensuring easy access and efficient management of digital files.

Qualifications :

23 years of experience in photography and videography.

A background in film studies mass communication photography or related fields is preferred.

Proficiency in operating DSLR and digital video cameras and sound equipment and managing the overall production process.

Technologically proficient with solid knowledge of audio/visual equipment hardware software troubleshooting and video production and editing techniques.

Highly skilled in editing with Adobe Suite including Adobe Premiere After Effects Audition Photoshop and Illustrator.

Familiarity with sound mixing and color grading.

Experience in managing social media platforms.

Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines including flexibility to work outside standard office hours and occasionally on weekends.

Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously without compromising quality or focus.

Highly creative and multitalented with a strong sense of storytelling.

Exceptional attention to detail and a keen creative eye.

Excellent communication skills.

Flexible proactive and resourceful with the ability to adapt to ambiguity ask the right questions anticipate needs and prepare for multiple outcomes
