We are seeking a talented 3D Designer & 360 Visualization Specialist with expertise in Everpano, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, and 360-degree software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating immersive 3D environments, virtual tours, and interactive visual content. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of spatial design, and the ability to bring concepts to life through cutting-edge visualization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop 3D models, textures, and environments using Blender and Everpano.
  
• Create interactive 360-degree visualizations and virtual tours for real estate, architecture, and other industries.
  
• Work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for post-processing, texturing, and animation.
  
• Optimize 3D assets for VR, AR, and web-based applications.
  
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and project managers to ensure high-quality visual outputs.
  
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends in 3D modeling, rendering, and immersive technology.
  
• Troubleshoot and optimize workflows for performance and efficiency.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in 3D design and visualization.
  
• Strong expertise in Everpano for creating photorealistic 360 environments.
  
• Proficiency in Blender for modeling, rendering, and animation.
  
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  
• Experience with 360-degree software and VR/AR applications.
  
• Knowledge of lighting, textures, and material creation for realistic visualizations.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Previous work experience in real estate is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity for interactive projects.
  
• Knowledge of WebGL, Three.js, or other web-based 3D technologies.
  
• Understanding of photogrammetry and point cloud processing.
