Job Description

• Troubleshoot and repair welding and cutting machines.
• Lead installation processes from planning to customer handover.
• Provide training to customers and distributors.
• Maintain machine documentation and daily reports.
• Promote and generate sales of genuine spare parts.
• Conduct regular customer visits and technical demonstrations.
• Report technical issues and suggest improvements to product teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in welding and cutting equipment.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
• Self-motivated and commercially oriented.
• Valid local driving license.
• Willing to travel within assigned regions.
