Office Assistant (English Speaking, Part-time) - Dubai
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As an English-speaking office assistant, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This part-time position offers a salary of 1700$ and is open to both Indian and Egyptian candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and letters
- Schedule appointments and meetings and maintain calendars for team members
- Keep track of office supplies inventory and order new supplies when necessary
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and processing payments
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a valid visa for working in Dubai
