The primary role of a Physician Assistant is to provide high-level healthcare support under the supervision of physicians and surgeons. 1. Conduct comprehensive physical examinations to assess patient health and diagnose conditions.
2. Assist physicians with surgical procedures and pre- and post-operative care.
3. Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.
4. Prescribe medications and therapies, monitoring patient responses and side effects.
5. Educate patients and their families on healthcare maintenance and disease prevention.
6. Document patient histories and maintain accurate care records.
7. Interpret diagnostic test results and communicate findings to medical teams.
8. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-focused care.
9. Provide emergency care and first-response treatments as needed.
10. Participate in continuous education to stay updated with medical advancements.
11. Perform administrative tasks related to patient data and care coordination.

• Possession of a master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and team interaction.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation software.
• Commitment to ongoing medical education and professional development.
• Familiarity with healthcare policies, OSHA regulations, and HIPAA standards.
