Ontime Group is looking for a dedicated and caring DHA Assistant Nurse to join our Doctor OnTime Homecare this essential position you will play a key role in providing personalized nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes ensuring they receive the assistance and support they need to maintain their health and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Registered Nurses in delivering comprehensive patient care including assistance with personal hygiene and daily activities
  • Monitor and record vital signs reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team
  • Assist patients with mobility and transferring to and from different locations
  • Provide medication reminders and help manage care plans
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and improving quality of life
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by adhering to infection control procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care delivery
Requirements
  • Current DHA certification as an Assistant Nurse
