Responsibilities

• Attending hospital phone calls.
• Ensure all patients are charged for supplies and procedures in the hospital information system for final billing.
• Ensures entry of stock for consumable and non-consumable supplies available in the clinic, clean and maintains the stock level accurately.
• Coordinate the telephone enquiries and inform the concerned person.
• Arrange follow-up appointment for patients and coordinate.
• Promotes and displays professional verbal and non-verbal communication and maintain all aspects of confidentiality.
• Medical records maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in examination rooms equipment.
• Follow up on insurance approvals.
• Assist Registered Nurse in maintaining stock and equipment list.

• Maintain infection control principles in everyday practice.
