Qualifications

• 3+ years experience working in healthcare with a good understanding of administrative and clinical processes.
• Experience implementing software solutions and conducting software testing.
• Experience in communicating with key stakeholders in healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

• Use healthcare business knowledge to implement InterSystems products successfully.
• Lead customer training and support during the customer GoLive phase.
• Document systems and support ongoing customer engagement.
