Job Title: CNC Lathe Technician for Electrofusion Fittings Wiring

Reports To: Production Manager/Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:
The CNC Lathe Technician is responsible for operating CNC lathe machines to produce precision components for electrofusion fittings wiring. The technician ensures that all components meet specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to manufacture components according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor the production process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
• Inspect finished components to ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve any issues related to component design or manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma in mechanical engineering, CNC machining, or a related field.
• Experience in operating CNC lathe machines, preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work with precision tools and measuring instruments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
