The Production Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production operations and optimal utilization of resources. The role involves improving production systems, troubleshooting issues, monitoring quality parameters, and ensuring adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, analytical capabilities, and hands‑on experience in production management.
Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to meet output targets and delivery timelines.
Optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity through continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and implement corrective measures to address deviations.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth process flow.
Conduct root cause analysis for process bottlenecks and propose engineering solutions for improvement.
Review and maintain production documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and process validation reports.
Ensure compliance with industry safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
Identify material, manpower, and equipment requirements to support production operations.
Support new product development, trial runs, and process standardization activities.
Train production staff in operational techniques, equipment handling, and process safety.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Proven exposure to process engineering, production planning, and manufacturing systems.
Strong knowledge of production workflows, lean manufacturing principles, and process optimization.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, production scheduling, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Hands‑on expertise with manufacturing machines, tools, and industrial automation systems.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and team‑coordination abilities.
Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and safety practices.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within stringent timelines.
