Job description

Our client, a well‑known cultural and arts foundation in Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for a Marketing executive or specialist to join their team.

The Marketing executive/specialist will play a key role in supporting the marketing and communications efforts promoting our diverse range of music and arts programs and events to audiences in the UAE and beyond. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for the arts.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s programs, events and initiatives.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, flyers and digital content, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Manage the company’s social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling and community engagement to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Support the planning and execution of events and activations, including artist performances, exhibitions, workshops and conferences.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and activities, and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including program managers, artists and designers—to ensure cohesive and effective marketing communications.
  • Maintain and update the website and online platforms with relevant content and information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with media relations activities, including drafting press releases, media pitches and responses to media inquiries.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitor activities, and provide recommendations for marketing strategies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing and communications team, including managing budgets, processing invoices and maintaining databases.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing communications or arts administration, preferably in the cultural sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing and website content management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for the arts and a willingness to explore innovative marketing approaches.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment with a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud applications is preferred.
