pin Consulting is a dynamic business services company providing Zoho Implementation Corporate Tax VAT Accounting Financial Advisory Odoo Implementation and Business Setup Assistance in Dubai. We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute online marketing campaigns for our multiple business segments.
Key Responsibilities

Paid Ad Campaigns
- Plan, execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting and conversion tracking for improved ROI.
- Monitor ad performance, optimize budgets and adjust strategies to maximize lead generation.

Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media channels (LinkedIn Instagram Facebook Twitter YouTube TikTok).
- Develop and schedule engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.
- Monitor trends and engage with the audience to improve brand visibility.

SEO & Website Optimization
- Work with the web team to improve website performance, SEO rankings and landing pages for paid campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for organic reach.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other tools.
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns or similar platforms.
- Utilize WhatsApp marketing tools like Gallabox for client outreach.

Collaboration & Strategy Development
- Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in running paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong knowledge of social media management and engagement strategies.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and SEO tools.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns or other marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop) for content creation are a plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing campaigns at once.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related field.
- Three or more years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid campaigns.
- Prior experience working in a B2B services company is a plus.
