A leading healthcare technology company is seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in OBIEE and Oracle BI for a banking project. The role involves bridging business and technical teams, defining acceptance criteria for data migrations, and ensuring quality through rigorous documentation and testing. Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in BI/data warehouse projects.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in BI/data warehouse projects.
- Strong experience with OBIEE/Oracle BI and knowledge of MicroStrategy reporting constructs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing OBIEE reports, dashboards, and ODI mappings.
- Work with stakeholders to define Snowflake migration acceptance criteria.
- Document mapping specifications for ODI to Informatica redevelopment.
Skills

Bridge business and technical teams by documenting requirements and validating functional deliverables
- Analyze existing OBIEE reports, dashboards, and ODI mappings; capture functional rules, filters, KPIs.
- Work with stakeholders to define Snowflake migration acceptance criteria.
- Document mapping specifications for ODI → Informatica redevelopment.
- Define functional specs for MicroStrategy reports & dashboards, including prompts, hierarchies, and drill paths.
- Support UAT by preparing test scenarios and validating business outputs
- Strong experience with OBIEE/Oracle BI and familiarity with MicroStrategy reporting constructs.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT mapping rules and data validation processes
5-8 years as BA in BI/data warehouse projects
