Qualifications
- Valid commercial drivers license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a light vehicle driver.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations in the UAE.
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills.

In this role you will be responsible for safely operating light vehicles while also providing leadership and guidance to a team of drivers. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety excellent driving skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Operate light vehicles safely and efficiently adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
- Lead and supervise a team of drivers assigning tasks and coordinating daily operations
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods or passengers to designated locations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain vehicle safety and performance
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours mileage and any incidents or delays
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and passengers
- Assist in training new drivers and promoting safe driving practices
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch and logistics teams to optimize routes and schedules
- Handle administrative tasks related to vehicle operations and team management
