Oversee and plan safe, efficient air and road transport for time sensitive productsEnsure compliance with all customs regulations.Coordinate effectively with airlines, ground agents, and authorities.Manage client relationships and ensure service excellence.Proactively resolve operational issues and prevent delaysNegotiate competitive rates with suppliers and airlines.Manage financial aspects including costing, invoicing, and payments.Supervise and mentor operations teams.


Profile
Proven track record in airfreight and time sensitive products logistics managementExperience working with 3PL/ Freight forwarder/ Air Chartering companies, etcExpert in compliance with veterinary and customs regulations.Exceptional client relationship management skills.Strong problem-solver who anticipates and mitigates operational issues.A natural leader capable of motivating and developing a high-performing team.A sharp negotiator with a solid grasp of financial aspects (costing, budgeting).Adept at business development, especially in new market expansion.Highly adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
