Junior Legal Consultant — Litigation & Contracts
Job summary
A leading multi-sector group in Dubai seeks a Junior Legal Consultant to assist the Litigation Team and support the Commercial Team. Responsibilities include managing civil cases, drafting documents, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Law, possess strong Arabic and English skills, and demonstrate attention to detail. This position requires effective communication with internal and external parties, making it essential to execute assignments accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law is essential for this position.
- Candidates must be fluent in Arabic and have advanced command of English.
- Strong attention to detail is required to identify errors.
Responsibilities
- Assist with filing, management, and reporting of various legal cases.
- Support the business in debt collection and out-of-court settlements.
- Maintain accurate data in the litigation case system.
- Communicate with internal and external parties in both Arabic and English.
- Draft standardized documents following guidelines.
- Assist the commercial team with simple agreements.
