Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of IP legal experience as a junior lawyer or senior paralegal.
• Proven expertise in managing trademark enforcement and IP-related agreements.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review watch notices and draft opposition/cancellation writs.
• Investigate and address trademark infringements.
• Draft and review trademark licenses and collaboration agreements.
• Implement and renew Customs recordals and handle seizures.
