Were Hiring: Bilingual Legal Counsel (Arabic/English)

Location: Full-time on-site Dubai United Arab Emirates

Salary: Approximately AED 12000/month

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Legal Counsel (Arabic/English) to join our team for a full-time on-site position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end legal support including legal advisory, contract negotiation, document drafting and handling matters related to business operations in compliance with UAE law.

h3>Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and legal documents
• Conduct legal research and assess potential legal risks
• Prepare legal memorandums and opinions
• Support internal teams with legal guidance aligned with UAE regulations
• Liaise with external stakeholders, clients and regulatory authorities when required

Qualifications & Requirements

Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
In-depth knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures
Minimum of 5 years experience as a legal counsel within the UAE
Strong experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and legal documents
Excellent legal research and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated expertise in preparing legal memorandums and various contractual documents
