We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in CNC cutting machines such as Elumatec DG244, SBZ 150, SBZ 140, Pertici 107, 104, and other aluminum and glass division equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and ensuring high availability of machinery across our aluminum and façade divisions.

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines (VMC, HMC, and profile cutting).
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in Elumatec, Pertici, Lisec, Glaston, and similar machinery.
• Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo systems.
• Replace and calibrate components like servomotors, ball screws, LM guides, encoders, and sensors.
• Diagnose faults and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to reduce machine downtime.
• Maintain DG sets up to 1010KVA, inverters, and servo stabilizers.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and PLC logic for troubleshooting.
• Monitor MTTR / MTBF and implement reliability improvement practices.
• Work on PLC, VFDs, HMI, and SCADA systems for automation troubleshooting.
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and participate in audits and inspections.
• Glass & Aluminum Machinery: Lisec, Glaston, GPM, Scholz, Emmegi, Silicon pumps
• Controllers: FANUC, Siemens
• Software Exposure: Ladder Logic, TIA Portal, RSLogix, WinCC, WPL Soft, InTouch
• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics or related field
• 3–8 years of relevant hands-on experience in maintenance of CNC machines
• Strong knowledge of electrical & mechanical troubleshooting
• Understanding of PLC, SCADA, and HMI
• Ability to work independently under pressure
